8TH Korean Ambassador National (Women) Teakwondo Championship 11th May to 16th May 2012
Our Student Miss Nosheen Shah also participate in 8th Korean Ambassador National (Women) Teakwondo Championship which was held on 11th May 2012 at Islamabad. Representing HEC Team.
All Pakistan Intervarsity Skiing Championship 24th Jan to 2nd Feb 2012
Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University also participated in Skiing Championship which was held on 24th January 2012. In individual event Saman Maham khattak won Bronze meddle. Frontier Women University got 4 positions in this championship.
All Pakistan Intervarsities Football Championship 1st – 6th April 2012
In this championship 8 Universities participated. It held at Islamabad. This was league championship. In this Championship Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University won the final by defeating Sargodha University. Then match was equal with no score of either team. Match result depended on penalty shoots and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University won by 3-2. The team comprised of following girls.

All Pakistan Intervarsities Cycling Championship 21st-26th April 2012
In this championship 9 Universities participated. It was held at Lahore. In this championship Punjab University secured 1st, Lahore College 2nd and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University 3rd position. The girls Hina Qasim, Ayesha Naeem and Sidra Rauf won 3rd position in their respective Individual event. Over all SBBWU was 3rd in this Championship.
5th National women judo Championship 7th-9th April 2012
5th National Championship was held from 7th – 9th April 2012 at Islamabad. The following Gold and Silver medalist players of our University were selected to represent the HEC team in 5th National Women Judo Championship.

HEC All Pakistan Intervarsity 1st Shooting Women Championships was held at Islamabad from 22nd to 28th June 2012.Participated University was 6 (Punjab University,GC University ,Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar ,Comset University ,NUST Islamabad ,Baluchistan University Quetta.Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University get third Position in this Championship.
All Pakistan Intervarsities Base Ball women Championship 23rd -28th June 2012
HEC Pakistan Intervarsity 1st Baseball (Women) Championship 2012 was held on 23rd to 28th June 2012. Total participated universities was a (Punjab University ,LC Lahore , Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar ,Wali khan University Mardan,GCU Faisalabad, Sialkot Jamshuro University, Karachi University,Islamia University Bahawalpur ,Sargodha University Shaheed Benazir Bhutto got 3rd Position in this Championship Scored 30-12 against Sindh University .

DATA OF PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY 2012
The Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar had arranged 3rd Inter Colleges Sports Tournaments Prize Distribution Ceremony, which was held on 17th April 2012.
Syed Aqil Shah Sports Minister Khyber Pakhtun Khwa was the chief guest of the ceremony.
Round about 500 guests were participated prizes and certificates distributed among 270 Prize Winner in different games
All affiliated Inter Colleges principals and lecturer in HPE was invited in Sports Tournaments Prize Distribution Ceremony 2011-2012

8th National Women Foot Ball Championship 2012. From 28th Sept to 10th Oct 2012.
Miss Mariyyah Samin Assistant Director Sports appointed as Manager for 8th National Women Football Championship of HEC held on 27th Sept to 10th Oct 2012.
16National vide teams participated in the Championship. The HEC Team participated in opening ceremony and played
1st match between Islamabad vs HEC Score was 4-0
2nd match between KPK vs HEC Score was 0-2,
3rd match was between HEC and young raising Football club Score, was 0-4
It is pointed out that some players of KPK and Diya Club from Karachi participated in the matches without obtaining N .O.C from HEC and we made a protest against the defaulters. The name of players is given below.

We have been awarded cash prize of Rs.23000/- which were distributed among the winners.
The HEC has selected some players from Intervarsity Championship which were not up to the mark I propose that selection of players may be made on merit. Further two teams consisting of 14 players each should be invited for camp so that the good players could be choose for the concerned Championship.
