Brief Statement of Research Interest
My research interests lie at the intersection of computational biology and molecular sciences, with a focus on applying bioinformatics tools for sequence analysis, structural biology, and systems-level modeling. I am particularly interested in developing computational approaches for biomarker discovery, enzyme optimization, and data-driven predictions in genomics and proteomics. As a teacher, I aim to integrate these research areas into the classroom, fostering student engagement with real-world biological datasets and training the next generation of scientists in computational thinking, algorithmic problem-solving, and interdisciplinary applications of bioinformatics.
