A successful seminar on the *Tawazun Narrative on Population Growth* was held today, on 15th September, 2026, at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar.

Secretary, Population Welfare Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr. Aneela Mahfooz Durrani graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The seminar was also attended by the retired secretary, Mr. Asghar Ali, Director Ambreen Akhtar Deputy Director Kosar Jabeen, Deputy Director Muhammad Kashif and  Assistant Director Mr. Shah Usman of Population Welfare Department.

The Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Farhat Amin graced the event, welcomed the honourable guests, faculty members, officers, and students, and highlighted the importance of balanced population growth.

At the end of the seminar, certificates of appreciation were distributed among the core organizing team. Shields were also presented to the honourable guests by the Worthy Vice Chancellor.
The Secretary also presented cheque of Rs.20K to the Vice Chancellor as donation for the University.
