One-Day Training on FACT-BASED OBSERVATION: A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR FORMATIVE, SUMMATIVE, AND PEER OBSERVATION for the Principals of Affiliated Colleges was held on September 2, 2022 The basic aim of the training/workshop is to sensitize the administrators that observation needs to be fact based instead of being judgmental.
The key objectives of the workshop are to:
Differentiate between fact based observation and judgmental observation.
Focus on classroom observation and teacher feedback.
Discuss negative feedback and its impact on the teachers.
Recognize the need of a rubric or checklist before starting the observation of a class or a teacher.of the training/workshop is to sensitize the administrators that observation needs to be fact based instead of being judgmental.
Prof. Dr. Safia Ahmad , Vice Chancellor, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar graced the occasion with their presence. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of Souvenirs among the Principals of Affiliated Colleges. Worthy Vice Chancellor appreciated the efforts of resource person Ms Beenish Asmatuallah and organizer Ms Tashfeen Zia.
