11. Finance and Planning Committee
(1) Finance and Planning Committee shall consist of the following:
i.	The Vice-Chancellor.	Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana Vice Chancellor, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar
ii.	A representative of the Higher Education Commission (HEC)	EX-OFFICIO
iii.	one member of the Syndicate to be appointed by the Syndicate	Principal, Government Girls Degree College Bacha Khan, Kohat Road
iv.	The Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary	EX-OFFICIO
v.	the Secretary to Government, Finance Department or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary	EX-OFFICIO
vi.	Deans of Faculties of the University	-------
vii.	The Registrar of the University	EX-OFFICIO
viii.	The Director P & D	--------
ix.	One expert in the field of Finance and Accounts, to be nominated by the Chancellor	Mr. Akbar khan Treasurer, Hazara University, Mansehra

xi.	One member of the Academic Council to be nominated by the Academic Council	Principal, Govt Girls Degree College, Jamrud (Khyber Agency)
