Brief Statement of Research Interest

Fungal Natural Product chemistry

  • Chemical analysis and metabolite profiling of fungal extracts by ultra-high-performanceliquid chromatography-diode array-quadrupole time of flight- mass spectrometer(UHPLC-DAD-MS-QTOF).
  • Isolation and structural elucidation of novel bioactive compounds by NMR
  • Investigation of biosynthetic steps of compounds from its corresponding gene clusters.
  • Dereplication of fungal compounds from natural product libraries.
