Brief Statement of Research Interest

Familiar with isolation, purification and preservation (slants and lypholization) techniques of environment friendly bacteria from soil and water for the purpose of removal of toxic pollutants
Different adaptation techniques (physical and chemical) to obtain desired microbes at lab scale 
Shake flask and batch fermentation techniques
Biochemical and Molecular identification techniques (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and phylogenetic analysis using MEGA6 software
Plasmid isolation, restriction digestion (single & double digest) and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis
Spectrophotometry, Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) techniques
Statistical analysis of data and Microsoft excel operation skill
