A MoU was signed between Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar and American Institute of Pakistan Studies (APIS) on January 5, 2018.
The signatories of the said MoU were Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana, Vice Chancellor Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar and Dr. Farhat Haq, President American Institute of Pakistan Studies, Islamabad.
Under the banner of this MoU APIS will extend cooperation to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar in brining senior faculty for conducting workshops and developing linkage with US universities.
The AIPS will encourage and facilitate academic partnership between SBBWU and AIPS member universities in the US.
On the occasion spiritual talk was given by Dr. Farhat Haq, President American Institute of Pakistan Studies on the topic “American Foreign Policy in the Age of Trump.” The talk was attended by the faculty and students of Political Science and History Department.
At the end of occasion, Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana thanked all the guests.
