Shaheed Benazir Bhutto women university laid a mark again in the history of Khyber Pakhtoon Khwah  through organizing an activity of Tree Plantation  by joining hands with WWF,KPK and Department of Art & Design SBBWU,Peshawar
The event was organized by In-Charge Ms.Syeda Aneela Mudassar Assistant Professor Department of Art & Design with the support  of Ms Sania Siraj(Graphic Designer) Lecturer, Department of Art & Design.
Guest of honor Mr.Syed Kamran Hussain Manager, WWF KP was welcomed by Prof .Dr.Razia Sultana, Vice Chancellor, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar. Mr.Syed Kamran Hussain   donate a total 500 number of Trees including Species, Alestonia, Bakine, Chir,  Kachnar, Sook Chain, Amaltas and mixed Ornamental plants.
Mr Syed Kamran Hussain talked about the value of tree in the society that how alarming it is to plant a tree in the current situation and in terms of Charity as well.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana also highlighted the importance of tree plantation and the need of making environment clean with a slogan Tree for Life. 
Mr. Syed Kamran Hussain inaugural the ceremony along with Vice Chancellor and faculty of Art & Design. Trees were planted by the guest and Worthy Vice Chancellor. Faculty of sciences, and social sciences of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto women University also planted the trees to take part in terms of Clean and Green Pakistan  to lead the campaign of the Mr.Priminister (Imran Khan).` 
The painting competition was also conducted by the Department of Art & Design baring the theme Foliage under the supervision of Focal Person Ms Fatima Amin(Artist) to enhance the Ceremony.
Further change of thoughts were made and few plans were discussed for the betterment of university above all signing an MOU with WWF KP and SBBWU, Larama is in the pipeline.
