Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa having its main campus located at Larhama, Landi Sarhak Charsada Road Peshawar. In pursuance of the requirements of the Government, sealed quotations are invited from reputed chartered Accountant firms having ICAP membership for providing external audit services and registered with Sales tax department, Government of Pakistan and Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Interested firms are requested to submit their fee including all applicable taxes and other charges (out of pocket). The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during the office hours @ Rs. 1000/- (each). This tender is available on KPPRA website as well. The single stage (two envelops) procedure will be adopted. One envelope containing technical details of bidders shall clearly be marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” and the other envelope containing the fee structure in the format mentioned in the bidding documents shall clearly be marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”. Call deposit @ 5% of the bid amount in the form a Call Deposit in the name of “Treasurer, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar” must also be enclosed in a separate envelop. Quality and cost based selection method shall be used for evaluation with weightage for 50% for both bids. The quotations should reach the undersigned latest by 11-11-2021 up to 11:00 A.M. the quotations will be opened at the same day at 10:30 A.M in the presence of representatives of the bidders who wish to be present. The outer envelope should clearly be marked “Appointment of External Auditor”. Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar reserves the right to reject all quotations and annul the bidding process in accordance with the KPPRA rules.
