Invitation to Bid

1. Sealed bids on prescribed Tender Forms are invited from well reputed Firms/Dealers registered with Federal Board of Revenue / KPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority)  for Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes, having Active Taxpayer Status, for supply of the following items under Single Stage procedure:

The bidding documents including Conditions of Contract and Item Specifications can be obtained from the Directorate of Works, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar for Rs.2000/- Bank draft/ Pay order (Non Refundable) in the name of Treasurer, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar.
3. The Sealed bids, complete in all respects, must reach the Directorate of Works, SBBWU Peshawar as per schedule above.
4. The bid shall invariably be accompanied Earnest money amounting to 2% of the bid amount (Refundable) in the shape of Bank draft in the name of the Treasurer, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar.
5. Detail of similar items work done at other places may be attached with the bid.
6. Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules.
